Apache server log errors

Buongiorno,

chiedo innanzitutto scusa se sbaglio a pubblicare il post.

ho un amico che mi chiede consiglio, ma purtroppo non conosco bene il sistema, quindi chiedo consiglio a voi nella speranza di un aiuto.

è stato configurato un server Apache, con 4 domini, il problema riscontrato è che funziona a singhiozzo e negli error log abbiamo questo:

Nel log che hai postato tu non c'è alcun errore, è un normale riavvio del server web.

Funziona a singhiozzo che vuol dire? Ma stiamo parlando di un server? Magari non ce la fa con la RAM?

Che server web ha installato threadless o normale? Su che macchina e con che sistema operativo?
