Server DHCP

Mi serve un consiglio... dunque, devo creare una rete DHCP, mi sapreste consigliare un programma Server DHCP che funzioni su Windows XP Pro (possibilmente in italiano)?

Il DHCP è un protocollo di rete che assegna indirizzi IP in maniera temporanea in rete ed assegna i seguenti IP

Client IP
DNS IP
Gateway IP

Ad esempio in Windows XP è utilizzabile tramite il servizio omonimo per otttenere appunto l'agibilità alle connessioni di questa tipologia che è contraria/diversa a quella degli IP assegnati e quindi fissi.

Grazie per la risposta, so come si configurano i client DHCP, a me interessa il programma per il Server! Dovrei installarlo su un XP Professional. So che su NT e sul 2000 c'è il servizio, ma sotto XP non ho trovato nulla, o sono io che ho gli occhi nel prosciutto, o non c'è! Cerco un programma (possibilmente in italiano e gratuito (se non già nel SO XP)) che faccia da Server DHCP!

Windows XP Professional is not intended to be a product for server use.
Accordingly, server software, like DHCP, is not included in the
package.

You may be able to find from a 3rd party DHCP or other server-type
software that runs on XP Professional. Use Google.

Perhaps a more fruitful way forward for you would be to use one of the
the Microsoft Windows Server products, or consider alternatives like one
of the Linux distributions, BSD, or the DHCP services provides in many
firwalls/routers.

ok grazie mille, cercherò ancora, ho visto winroute, ma è a pagamento e fa più di quello che mi serve... comunque se ti (vi) viene in mente qualcosa o ti capita per caso, avvisami se trovi qualcosa che fa al mio caso! grazie!
